1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The product was received damaged, expired, or incorrect

  • You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • You provide proof such as photos or video of the issue


2. Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot provide refunds on:

  • Opened packages

  • Used products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sales


3. Return Condition

To qualify for a refund or replacement, the item must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In the original packaging


4. Refund Approval

Once we receive and inspect the item (or evidence), we will notify you whether the refund is:

  • Approved

  • Partially approved

  • Rejected based on policy conditions

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.


5. Exchanges or Replacement

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we may offer:

  • A full replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund (after verification)


6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours if they have not yet been shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is no longer available.


7. Processing Time

Refund processing may take:

  • 3–7 business days depending on bank/payment provider
